for Developers

Client

The client is Anna Shveda, an ambitious manager and marketer in the Ukrainian real estate development sector. Driven by a vision for the future, she decided to launch her own agency with a long-term perspective.

Mission

To create a modern identity for her new agency, featuring a unique visual code within the niche. The design must reflect the founder's expertise while seamlessly complementing the company's existing naming.

Solution

The Concept: The central element is a decorative 3D letter G, mirroring the industry's focus on high-end architectural visualization. The shape of the symbol evokes the fluid texture of glaze, featuring a sophisticated and dynamic form that can be adapted across various decorative elements.

Typography & Details: The typography echoes this "glaze" effect, with letterforms merging at the joints—mimicking the way mortar sits between bricks in masonry. This detail creates a tactile connection to the physical world of construction.

Color Palette: The brand colors are intentionally bold, reminiscent of vibrant RGB tones pushed to their maximum intensity. This choice serves a dual purpose: it stands out against the typically muted palettes of the real estate sector and serves as a nostalgic nod to the early 2000s web aesthetic.
